At Emoteplay Apps we value your privacy and the privacy of your children.
Given that the primary users of our Big Break app are expected to be children under the age of 13 years, the app has been designed in strict compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):
The app does not collect information about the location of the user.
The app does not present users with advertisements.
The app does not present users with options for in-app purchases.
The app does not link to websites, nor does it connect to any social media networks.
The app prompts users to record their own video and audio. Recordings are stored locally on the device and processed locally using the Affdex SDK (http://www.affectiva.com) for emotion-expression analysis.
The app does not collect any personally identifiable information from users.
Future versions of the game may request parental permissions or use a parental gate in order to collect anonymous use logs including output from emotion-expression analysis for research purposes.
The app makes uses of Fabric SDK (https://get.fabric.io) to capture and collect crash logs. In addition, Fabric SDK allows us to track information about time spent playing in each studio as well as which studios have been completed. This anonymous usage information helps us to improve game play and the effectiveness of our app.
In the event that we choose to change our privacy policy, parents will be notified of the changes (by way of a parental gate) and asked to provide consent.
